Oil Stain Removal

Before and after cleaning oil stains on a concrete driveway.

Spot Treatment — Starting at $20–$40 per area

Best for: Fresh, shallow, or surface‑level oil spots.

What it is:   A same‑day chemical treatment designed to remove or lighten stains that have not fully penetrated the concrete.

What to expect:

  • Immediate improvement
  • Works best on newer stains
  • Not effective on deep or old stains

Oil Stain Remediation — Photo Quote Required

Oil penetrates concrete differently depending on age, depth, and surface porosity. Because of this, oil removal is priced by severity, not by “per stain.”

Best for: Driveways, garages, parking pads, and commercial concrete.

What it is:   A professional multi‑step treatment using degreasers, emulsifiers, and dwell‑time techniques to break down oil deposits.

Typical results:

  • New oil: often removable
  • Old oil: usually lightens significantly
  • Deep oil: may require multiple treatments

Can Every Stain Be Removed?

Some stains can become permanent once they bond to the concrete — especially older oil, battery acid, fertilizer rust, and deep tire marks. We always treat every stain using the correct chemicals, but some marks may lighten rather than disappear completely.

These treatments are optional because oil and rust bond differently than normal dirt and algae. They require specialty chemicals and extra dwell time.

Rust Removal

Rust Removal — Starting at $30–$60 per area

Rust is a chemical stain that bonds to the minerals in concrete. It cannot be removed with pressure washing and does not respond to oil‑based treatments.

Best for:   Fertilizer rust, battery acid rust, metal furniture rust, irrigation rust, and orange chemical staining.
